Technical Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, configuration, master data, workflows, and SuiteScripts to identify improvement opportunities
• Configure and support ERP business systems including NetSuite, Coupa, and HubSpot
• Manage systems administration for procure to pay, order to cash, record to report, manufacturing, and supply chain processes
• Build SuiteFlows and SuiteScripts and work with RestAPI technologies
• Assist in integrating data with PLM, MES, and CRM systems
• Provide technical support, user acceptance testing, and training sessions
• Develop custom reports and saved searches to ensure compliance and reporting requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and RestAPI
• Experience with NetSuite configurations in WMS, Procure to Pay, Order to cash, Finance, MRP, and Manufacturing
• Understanding of integration tools like Celigo or Boomi
• Familiarity with Excel, SQL, or BI platforms
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of NetSuite ERP experience
• Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of inventory and warehouse management
• Understanding of MRP, production planning, and demand planning
