Technical Business Lead Analyst

Responsibilities

• Participate in the analysis, documentation, and validation of business requirements to ensure all testing and decision needs are captured.
• Translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories for development teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Lead working sessions with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Support the scrum team in planning, scoping, and impact analysis for various initiatives.
• Create comprehensive business and technical documentation.
• Monitor post-implementation performance and assist with incident resolution.
• Work within tight deadlines to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Requirements

• Proven experience working within the Banking or Financial services industry.
• Strong expertise in requirements design, system analysis, and working with large-scale systems.
• Proficiency with relational databases and SQL.
• Experience using JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, and ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical information for business stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model, including coming into the office 3 times a week.
