Technical Business Lead Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis to accurately define user requirements and processes.
• Work closely with Product Owners to refine user stories and maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog.
• Assist in resolving complex, multi-faceted problems by applying financial and technological knowledge to system solutions.
• Participate in the systems implementation process, including developing test cases, defining workflows, and providing user documentation.
• Provide business support to Operations and Compliance groups through ad hoc queries and system enhancement design.
• Support the modernization of strategic applications by replacing legacy systems with modern interfaces, workflows, and APIs.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience handling application requirements involving APIs, Batch processes, and Reporting servers.
• Prior experience working with Wealth Management or Lending products.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Proficiency with SQL, NoSQL, Jira, and Confluence.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with developers, architects, and end users.
