Technical Business Enablement Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and manage deep partnerships with waveguide suppliers and FATP/assembly partners to align technical, process, and business flows.
• Balance optical performance, manufacturability, and display quality within the supply chain.
• Integrate ZEISS lens expertise into module design for lightweight, high-precision refractive displays.
• Support partner-driven innovation, commercialization, and roadmap planning.
• Drive end-to-end ownership of high-precision refractive-display module development, from component sourcing to assembly yield optimization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of customer-facing Business Development experience within leading Chinese FATP players (e.g., Luxshare, GoerTek, Foxconn, Longcheer) or the optical module industry (e.g., Sunny Optical, OmniVision, Crystal-Optech).
• Deep expertise in FATP processes and AR/AI module assembly.
• Proven experience with optical modules, waveguides, or AR/AI hardware.
• Strong technical and commercial exposure with a profile of approximately 70% commercial and 30% technical.
• Ability to translate complex technology into partner value and competitive differentiation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience dealing with overseas customers.
