About the role

Responsibilities

  • Qualify new customers and generate business opportunities within the Power Electronics market
  • Develop sales and account penetration strategies using market and competitive intelligence
  • Drive new logo acquisition with a focus on automotive electrification, renewable energy, and industrial power solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including pipeline development, contract negotiation, and closing deals
  • Establish long-term customer relationships to position Flex as a strategic partner
  • Collaborate with Regional VPs and Solution Architects to deliver tailored engineering and manufacturing propositions
  • Research customer business strategies and future product plans regarding electrification and power management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in an EMS/CMO or engineering business environment
  • Proven exposure to Power Electronics markets
  • Strong knowledge of strategic selling techniques (e.g., Miller Heiman)
  • Ability to interpret key financial metrics, including P&L, balance sheets, and ROI indicators
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with internal executive management and external clients

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in a related technical or business field
  • Familiarity with power conversion technologies and energy storage systems
  • Deep understanding of global electrification trends
