Technical Business Development

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers identified by Japan-based Account Managers or organic ecosystem discovery
• Conduct customer discovery sessions to understand requirements and solution fit
• Host customer workshops and organize tailored product demonstrations
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to develop final customer solutions
• Iterate with customers on technical scope and business models to guide proposals through approval
• Plan revenue strategy and outlook for specific solutions in automotive, trucking, and adjacent domains

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in automotive or trucking domains
• Proven ability to execute complex projects across multiple stakeholders
• Strong capability to drive customer engagements and workshops
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Experience with automotive or trucking software technologies
• Ability to travel internationally approximately once every 4-6 weeks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on a product at a startup from Series A to IPO
• Professional fluency in Japanese (written and spoken)
