Technical Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owners to define, document, and refine product requirements for the Alpha Index HUB strategy and roadmap
• Lead requirements elicitation through stakeholder interviews, workflow analysis, and data analysis
• Produce high-quality artifacts including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Act as the primary liaison between Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and external vendors
• Support Agile delivery activities including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and sprint reviews
• Define detailed acceptance criteria to enable effective QA and UAT/CUAT execution
• Ensure product requirements address data quality, auditability, and operational transparency

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience working in a product-led or Agile/Scrum delivery environment
• Proven proficiency in writing BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Hands-on experience writing and reviewing SQL queries for data analysis and validation
• Working knowledge of running, monitoring, and validating processes in the Charles River Development (CRD) environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within financial services, specifically with index, benchmark, or market data platforms
• Familiarity with large-scale data pipelines, dashboards, or operational monitoring tools
• Understanding of data governance, controls, and audit considerations
