Technical Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering, business definition, and translation of requirements into user stories for strategic transformation.
• Perform rigorous testing including Automation, Manual, Regression, Integration, Performance, and E2E testing.
• Conduct gap analysis across systems and payment standards to identify modernization opportunities.
• Partner with Product, Business, and Engineering teams to ensure readiness for delivery and post-implementation success.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Vendors to align technology solutions with business strategies.
• Challenge existing processes to simplify, automate, and improve outcomes for customers.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in business process mapping, requirements gathering, and system analysis.
• Deep domain knowledge in Payments: MT format, MX (ISO20022), and CBPR+.
• Proficiency in using Jira, Confluence, and MS Office.
• Proven ability to conduct gap analysis on different payment standards.
• Experience working within an Agile project methodology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical information for business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Banking or Financial services industry.
• Knowledge of FED Payments domain.
