Technical Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support major digital platform and integration initiatives within a large enterprise environment
• Work across cloud-based systems and customer-facing applications to understand requirements and technical impacts
• Partner with architecture, engineering, and delivery teams to interpret system connections and data movement
• Define technical and functional requirements to enable successful feature delivery
• Support iterative delivery and backlog refinement within an Agile/Scrum environment
• Create technical and functional documentation to support engineering teams

Requirements

• Strong technical Business Analyst experience with an understanding of integration patterns and architectural concepts
• Experience working in multi-system or cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience working with digital platforms or customer-facing applications
• Ability to produce high-quality technical and functional documentation
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience using Jira and Confluence for delivery support

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to digital identity or authentication domains
• Broader end-to-end Business Analyst lifecycle experience
