Technical Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Facilitate business requirements gathering, workshops, and user story mapping
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable Agile user stories
• Support the design and development of system enhancements, automation, and innovation initiatives
• Contribute to automation initiatives including RPA, AI, ServiceNow, and hyperautomation solutions
• Conduct gap analysis and provide clear, actionable recommendations to stakeholders
• Partner with consultants, developers, architects, and change management teams to implement platform features
• Document key business and system processes, business rules, and functional/non-functional requirements

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst
• Advanced expertise in the ServiceNow Platform
• Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, MS Power Platform, or Copilot Studio
• Experience with AI technologies including Claude and AI capabilities within ServiceNow or UiPath
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology and Product Delivery environments
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
