About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth business analysis, including detailed requirements, system specifications, and process mapping to support scalable technology solutions.
- Act as a subject-matter expert for system applications within the Regulatory and Statutory Reporting domain.
- Partner with developers and technical architects to integrate solutions into the existing system landscape following industry best practices.
- Collaborate with global technology and operational teams to deliver high-impact solutions aligned with strategic business objectives.
- Manage the full project delivery lifecycle, including analysis, solution design, testing, and implementation.
- Drive enhancements across regulatory and statutory systems and associated business processes.
- Contribute to project planning, effort estimation, risk management, and issue resolution.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst within Asset Management or Investment Banking, specifically supporting regulatory reporting functions.
- Strong understanding of Asset Management data domains and underlying system architectures.
- Advanced technical proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and solutions design for reporting environments.
- Proven experience managing the full project delivery lifecycle and working with global offshore teams.
- Familiarity with industry and market regulations governing financial services.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of data quality management, controls, and audit trail requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Practical experience working with Agile or Waterfall software development methodologies.
- Exposure to Oracle or similar relational databases.
- Familiarity with specific Regulatory Reporting and Statutory Reporting frameworks and principles.
- Proven ability to deliver end-to-end reporting solutions and system applications.
- Hands-on experience using professional project management tools.
