Technical Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Translate business processes such as revenue recognition, cost booking, and procurement into ERP configurations and system requirements
• Lead and execute small-to-mid scale ERP implementations and module rollouts
• Run data migrations between systems, including cleansing, mapping, and validation
• Set up integrations and connections between platforms including ERP, CRM, finance tools, and data warehouses
• Configure and stand up small instances of ERP and adjacent systems for testing and rollout
• Document business processes, system architecture, and configurations
• Work with finance, operations, and engineering stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions
• Support user acceptance testing, training, and go-live activities

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in consulting, implementation, or in-house transformation roles
• Strong understanding of core finance processes including revenue recognition, cost flows, and chart of accounts
• Experience implementing or configuring at least one ERP system (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar)
• Proficiency with SQL for querying and investigating data
• Ability to read and lightly modify scripts in Python or JavaScript
• Familiarity with APIs and integration concepts using tools like Postman
• Power-user level spreadsheet skills
• Excellent written and spoken English; Italian is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on implementation experience with major ERPs
• Background in audit, accounting, or financial reporting
• Experience working with international teams across time zones
• Exposure to data warehousing or BI tools such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Looker, Power BI, or Tableau
