Technical Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-sales activities including requirement gathering, feasibility analysis, and preparing BRDs, SRS, and feature lists
• Act as the primary bridge between clients and development teams during post-sales execution
• Create wireframes, process flows, user stories, and comprehensive project documentation
• Coordinate with developers, designers, and QA teams to track project progress and timelines
• Conduct client meetings, product demos, and requirement walkthroughs
• Manage change requests, identify project risks, and ensure timely delivery within scope
• Maintain meeting minutes (MOMs), task trackers, and regular status reports for stakeholders

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably within an IT services company
• Strong knowledge of Web and Mobile Application Development lifecycles
• Foundational understanding of APIs, database basics, and system workflows
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and the SDLC
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or Asana
• Excellent documentation skills (BRD, SRS, User Stories) and analytical abilities
• Strong professional communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to technologies such as React, Node.js, Laravel, PHP, or the MERN stack
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment
