Technical Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business and technical requirements for AI, data, and platform initiatives
• Translate stakeholder needs into structured functional and non-functional specifications
• Support the definition of system interactions, APIs, and integration requirements
• Produce technical documentation including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and data flow diagrams
• Work closely with architects and engineering teams to validate solution feasibility
• Support backlog definition, prioritization, and requirements traceability across the delivery lifecycle
• Assist in mapping As-Is and To-Be business processes aligned to technical solutions
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) planning and validation activities

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in business analysis or technical delivery support roles
• Proven experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and process mapping
• Strong experience with user story definition and Agile delivery frameworks
• Working familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and enterprise platform ecosystems
• Awareness of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and data pipelines
• Understanding of AI solutions and workflows, including LLM-based applications and RAG
• Experience working closely with engineering and architecture teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Professional certification such as CCBA, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
• Experience supporting government or large-scale enterprise transformation programs
• Experience working with AI or enterprise data platform initiatives
• Experience working within Middle East delivery environments
