Technical Business Analysis Engineer III

Responsibilities

• Interpret complex business needs and translate them into detailed system requirements and specifications
• Lead client projects independently, managing multiple clients and competing priorities
• Create and maintain project plans, including WBS, effort estimations, and task allocation
• Manage stakeholder communications across internal and external teams, including offshore/onshore interactions
• Review and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) for system gaps and domain compliance
• Create, review, and execute test plans and results to ensure high-quality delivery
• Drive process automation initiatives and implement best practices to improve products and services
• Mentor and coach team members while tracking project team performance

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in the Health & Welfare domain
• Strong domain knowledge in Health & Welfare is mandatory
• Proficiency in SQL and MS Office
• Proven project management skills and ability to lead client calls
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with testing procedures and standard procedure documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the RKS/BA7 platform
• Understanding of overall OTS methodology
