Technical Business Analysis Engineer III

Responsibilities

• Interpret complex business needs and translate them into detailed system requirements and specifications
• Review and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) to ensure domain compliance and identify system gaps
• Lead client projects independently, managing multiple clients and competing priorities
• Create and manage project plans, including WBS, effort estimations, and task allocation
• Manage stakeholder communications across internal, external, onshore, and offshore teams
• Oversee testing procedures, including the creation and review of test plans and execution results
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members and drive associate engagement
• Implement process automation ideas to improve efficiency and product quality

Requirements

• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in the Defined Benefits domain
• Strong proficiency in SQL and MS Office
• Proven project management skills and ability to lead client calls
• Deep understanding of testing procedures and standard procedure documentation
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience in people management and mentoring team members

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the RKS/BA7 platform
• Understanding of overall OTS methodology
