Technical Business Analysis Engineer III

Responsibilities

• Lead client projects independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Develop and maintain comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
• Manage communication with both internal and external stakeholders
• Coach and mentor team members to support professional growth
• Utilize best practices and analytical problem-solving to improve products and services
• Oversee testing procedures and ensure adherence to standard procedure documents
• Apply project management skills to drive successful project delivery

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Defined Benefits (DB) or Defined Contribution (DC) environments
• Strong proficiency in SQL and MS Office
• Extensive experience in business requirement documentation and testing procedures
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder communications and lead complex projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Demonstrated experience in people management or team leadership
