Technical Business Analysis Engineer III

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, use cases, user interface documents, and process maps.
• Act as a bridge between business users, internal SMEs, and development teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Document functional and non-functional system requirements, data requirements, constraints, and assumptions.
• Work closely with architecture and design teams to define GUI views and platform requirements.
• Perform basic system analysis and run SQL queries to validate data and troubleshoot critical issues.
• Conduct product demos at milestone completions and manage feedback loops with clients.
• Create and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM) to ensure all requirements are met.

Requirements

• 5+ years of total experience in IT.
• 2-3 years of experience within the Healthcare domain.
• Deep understanding of the healthcare payer space.
• Proficiency in running SQL queries for data validation and system analysis.
• Strong experience in requirement documentation, use case creation, and process mapping.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or Pharmacy domains.
• Experience as a QA or Developer within a healthcare system.
• Proficiency with MS Visio for system and functional view definitions.
• Familiarity with defect tracking and version control tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
