Technical Business Analysis Engineer III

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary liaison between end-users and product development teams to ensure alignment on technical goals.
• Review, define, and document comprehensive project requirements and technology solutions.
• Define the go-to approach for system construction and produce detailed component specifications for implementation.
• Manage and communicate deliverable status to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Direct small project teams of business analysts across various client portfolio projects.
• Provide expert advice on technical aspects of system development, integration, and technical planning.
• Apply relevant technical strategies, policies, and standards to all project activities.

Requirements

• College or university degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in a professional or technical area.
• Extensive experience in technical requirement documentation and system construction design.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
• Ability to solve complex problems using deductive reasoning and a new perspective on existing solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance while acting as a resource for junior colleagues.
