Technical Business Analysis Engineer II

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary liaison between end-users and product development teams to bridge technical and business needs.
• Analyze, define, model, and document complex project requirements for development teams.
• Define technology solutions and produce detailed component specifications and designs for implementation.
• Partner with development teams to identify technical solutions and ensure designs meet regulatory requirements.
• Mentor a small team of business analysts within a client portfolio.
• Use deductive reasoning to solve problems and provide recommendations for system construction.
• Manage projects and work with extensive latitude for decision-making in a self-guided manner.

Requirements

• College or university degree in a relevant field.
• Proven expertise in technical-based activities and requirement modeling.
• Experience in stakeholder management and influencing key decision-makers.
• Strong ability to contribute to and manage technical projects.
• Demonstrated ability to exchange complex information and ideas effectively.
