Technical Business Analysis Engineer II

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between end-users and product development teams to analyze, define, and model project requirements.
• Translate requirements into detailed component specifications and designs for implementation.
• Partner with development teams to identify technical solutions and ensure designs meet regulatory requirements.
• Use deductive reasoning to solve complex problems and provide technical recommendations.
• Mentor a small team of business analysts within a client portfolio.
• Manage project contributions and influence key stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• College or university degree in a relevant field.
• Proven expertise in technical-based activities and requirement documentation.
• Experience in project management contribution and component specification production.
• Ability to work self-guided with extensive latitude for decision-making.
• Strong interpersonal skills to exchange complex information and ideas effectively.
