Technical Authority Expert - Informatica

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 production support for critical ETL applications, ensuring system stability and performance
• Monitor production systems and take action on issues reported by L1 monitoring teams
• Resolve day-to-day customer trouble tickets and coordinate with L3 or vendor teams for fault restoration
• Analyze system logs to resolve issues and suggest alternative technical approaches
• Automate health checks and performance metric data extraction processes
• Deploy Change Requests (CRs) into production environments
• Follow ITIL processes, including expertise in Incident, Problem, and Change management
• Ensure strict compliance with SLAs for applications and trouble tickets

Requirements

• Hands-on experience troubleshooting ETL-Informatica based solutions
• In-depth product knowledge of Informatica 10.5 or above
• Experience developing custom workflows or frameworks using Shell or Python scripting
• Proficiency in Linux command-line environments
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 production support environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of deployment and maintenance of custom ETL frameworks
• Strong time management and independent problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with IT, network, and vendor teams
