Technical Associate - Platforms, Technology - Campus 2026

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage enterprise platform solutions including Microsoft, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, and Appian
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to address complex cloud challenges and optimize internal processes
• Support clients in enhancing organizational resilience and improving user experiences through technology-powered strategies
• Work across diverse industries including Defense & Security, Financial Services, Healthcare, and State & Local Government

Requirements

• Enrolled in an accredited undergraduate degree program through Fall 2025 and graduating by Summer 2026
• Technical degree concentration in fields such as IT, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or Web Development
• Exposure to software programming and coding skills
• Ability to work on-site in the San Antonio, TX metro area
• US Citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance (Public Trust or higher)
• Strong willingness to learn new technical skills and work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship or professional work experience in a technical capacity
• Strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to create technical process flows, diagrams, and model documentation
