About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide telephone customer service and follow up with clients
- Issue invoices and credit notes
- Register and forward technical assistance requests
- Manage service and invoicing inboxes
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure efficient internal processes
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a Call Center environment
- Experience with invoicing processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
- Proficiency in computer literacy
- Knowledge of SAP (preferred)
- Knowledge of Salesforce/CRM (preferred)
- Proactive, dynamic, and responsible profile
