About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide telephone customer service and follow up with clients
  • Issue invoices and credit notes
  • Register and forward technical assistance requests
  • Manage service and invoicing inboxes
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure efficient internal processes

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a Call Center environment
  • Experience with invoicing processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
  • Proficiency in computer literacy
  • Knowledge of SAP (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce/CRM (preferred)
  • Proactive, dynamic, and responsible profile
