Technical Assistant

Responsibilities

• Monitor paint preparation by analyzing homogenization and controlling quality adjustments
• Oversee production processes at assembly plants, controlling color tones and performing necessary additives or adjustments
• Coordinate shift activities, distributing tasks and supporting the team to meet customer demands
• Utilize Axalta systems to track specifications and analyze paint standards
• Provide technical support and guidance to production operators regarding correct material usage
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of operational and safety procedures to ensure compliance
• Request analysis for product deviations and guide corrective actions with customers

Requirements

• Technical degree in Chemistry (Técnico em Química) with an active CRQ
• Valid driver's license (CNH)
• Availability for travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working as a Colorist
• Knowledge of automated line programming
