About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform drilling, countersinking, and installation of hardware such as screws and fasteners
- Apply aerodynamic sealants (Fayseal), gap fillers, and primers
- Execute component assembly and installation according to established quality standards
- Operate specialized tools including drills, manual and pneumatic torque wrenches, buffer grinders, and manual squeezers
- Conduct precise measurements of holes and gaps using vernier calipers, Go/No-Go gauges, and feeler gauges
- Interpret technical blueprints and follow Standard Work instructions and visual aids
- Adhere to all company Safety and Hygiene policies
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to optimize manufacturing processes
Requirements
- Completed secondary education (Secundaria terminada)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in metalworking or metal-mechanical areas
- Proven experience with drilling processes
- Proficiency using measurement equipment such as vernier calipers and Go/No-Go gauges
- Ability to operate metalworking tools (drills, torque wrenches, manual presses, etc.)
- Availability to work 1st or 2nd shift
