Technical Assembly Operator

Responsibilities

• Perform drilling, countersinking, and installation of hardware such as screws and fasteners
• Apply aerodynamic sealants (Fayseal), gap fillers, and primers
• Execute component assembly and installation according to established quality standards
• Operate specialized tools including drills, manual and pneumatic torque wrenches, buffer grinders, and manual squeezers
• Conduct precise measurements of holes and gaps using vernier calipers, Go/No-Go gauges, and feeler gauges
• Interpret technical blueprints and follow Standard Work instructions and visual aids
• Adhere to all company Safety and Hygiene policies
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to optimize manufacturing processes

Requirements

• Completed secondary education (Secundaria terminada)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in metalworking or metal-mechanical areas
• Proven experience with drilling processes
• Proficiency using measurement equipment such as vernier calipers and Go/No-Go gauges
• Ability to operate metalworking tools (drills, torque wrenches, manual presses, etc.)
• Availability to work 1st or 2nd shift

• Experience handling chemicals, including sealants and paints
