About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the art team with technical aspects of the art pipeline
  • Develop various simulated systems for a large, fully open world game
  • Act as a technical bridge between art, animation, programming, and sound
  • Create Unreal shader graphs and develop blueprint-based tooling
  • Work with environmental simulations such as weather, water, and sand

Requirements

  • Professional working experience within a 3D game production
  • Proficiency with Unreal Engine 5
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating mastery in technical art
  • Ability to find innovative solutions for simulating an open world with a "stylized realism" art style
  • Willingness to relocate to Copenhagen, Denmark

Preferred Qualifications

  • Competence with C++
  • Familiarity with other major game engines
  • Great communication skills for effective collaboration on shared projects
