Technical Art Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Software Engineers in the development of real-time 3D visualizations
• Oversee the creation of progressive, intuitive, and reliable in-vehicle applications
• Collaborate with UX/UI and Studio teams to realize cutting-edge 3D experiences
• Manage testing of the in-vehicle experience in labs and prototype vehicles
• Oversee troubleshooting and resolution of issues found during testing
• Drive research into new technologies and interfaces
• Provide technical guidance, strategic direction, and manage project timelines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of software development life cycle experience
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role
• Extensive experience with C++, Java, or Kotlin
• Deep experience with 3D real-time graphics and major game engines (e.g., Unreal Engine)
• Strong understanding of immersive, reactive user interface development

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Android application frameworks
• Experience with 3D models, digital materials, and lighting
• Background in game development
• Experience in automotive or consumer electronics
• Proficiency in authoring animations and interactive experiences
