Technical Architect (Urbanism)

Responsibilities

• Review documentation for the granting of building licenses and responsible declarations according to local urban planning regulations
• Issue certificates of conformity or deficiency reports
• Adapt procedures and prepare documentation for EBAC accreditation as an ECU in the Balearic Islands
• Visit various construction sites to certify the adequacy of works execution relative to responsible declarations or building licenses

Requirements

• Degree in Technical Architecture accredited in Spain
• 5 or more years of experience in urban planning procedures
• Proficiency working with technical plans and documentation
• Mastery of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
• Driver's license and own vehicle
