Technical Architect - Microsoft Power Platform

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of end-to-end Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and AI Builder.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures and specifications.
• Define and enforce non-functional requirements such as performance, security, scalability, and compliance.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery from requirements gathering through deployment and post-launch support.
• Act as a technical authority and trusted advisor to clients, leading workshops and demos.
• Support business development through solution design, effort estimation, and proposal development.
• Manage and mentor consultants to foster technical excellence and continuous learning.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in software development or technical consulting.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience specifically within the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-400 or PL-600).
• Deep expertise in Power Platform components and integrations.
• Proven experience with Azure services, DevOps pipelines, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, API integration, and security frameworks.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in French is an asset for Québec-based projects.
• Experience working in regulated environments with strict security and privacy standards.
