Technical Architect - Microsoft Power Platform

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design of Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and AI Builder.
• Translate functional business requirements into scalable technical architectures and specifications.
• Define and enforce non-functional requirements such as performance, security, scalability, and compliance.
• Act as a technical authority, ensuring adherence to enterprise architecture standards and best practices through code reviews and design validations.
• Oversee full project lifecycles from requirement gathering through deployment and post-launch support.
• Support business development and pre-sales activities, including effort estimation and proposal preparation.
• Mentor consultants and promote Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices within technical teams.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in software development or technical consulting.
• 3+ years of leadership experience specifically within the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-400 or PL-600 preferred).
• Deep expertise in Azure services, DevOps pipelines, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, API integrations, and security frameworks.
• Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Fluent English communication skills (French is an asset).
