Technical Architect

Responsibilities

• Own the technical system design for core business applications, including data models, schemas, workflows, integrations, and API surfaces
• Architect configurable, generalized systems designed to serve a broad customer base rather than one-off custom solutions
• Co-own the product surface by working alongside product managers to design best-in-class workflows
• Define design doc specifications for agentic systems to generate custom DSLs without ambiguity
• Translate complex, multi-customer requirements into clean, scalable system designs
• Manage release readiness by validating that shipped products match designs, handle edge cases, and scale effectively

Requirements

• Deep computer science fundamentals and a strong software engineering background
• Experience designing systems where AI agents operate on structured data
• Operations-domain fluency and product thinking skills
• Ability to design architectures that thousands of customer instances can configure against

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing generalized system architectures for inventory, procurement, OMS, WMS, MRP, or production planning
• Familiarity with industry concepts such as UoMs, BOMs, lot tracking, 3-way match, COGS, or ASNs
• Technical experience with products related to physical operations, supply chain, or ERP systems
