Technical Architect

Responsibilities

• Shape and evolve architecture across Digital Workplace, EUC, and IAM, ensuring alignment with security frameworks.
• Lead technical design and delivery for workplace platforms, including SOEs for Windows, macOS, mobile, and specialized devices.
• Optimize performance and user experience using DEX insights, analytics, telemetry, and sentiment data.
• Drive resilient identity services including Entra ID (Azure AD), MFA, Conditional Access, SSO, and lifecycle automation.
• Contribute to governance forums and maintain high-quality architectural documentation.
• Support troubleshooting of major incidents and complex device or identity issues alongside Service and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Copilot), Intune, and JAMF.
• Strong knowledge of IAM practices and technologies: SSO (SAML/OIDC), Conditional Access, MFA, and PAM.
• Expertise in device lifecycle management, endpoint security, and Zero Trust principles.
• Experience designing or supporting solutions in hybrid multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Alibaba).
• Experience with DEX tooling (e.g., Nexthink) and clear communication skills to make complex technology accessible.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Intune, JAMF) or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SailPoint, PingID, or BeyondTrust.
