Technical Architect – AI & GenAI Specialization

Responsibilities

• Define and implement AI architecture for enterprise applications, ensuring scalability and security
• Architect AI-powered platforms supporting Generative AI and Large Language Model frameworks
• Execute the training, fine-tuning, and deployment of LLMs and ML models
• Optimize model performance using prompt engineering, RAG, and knowledge distillation
• Implement MLOps and AIOps best practices for continuous model monitoring and improvement
• Design and deploy cloud-native, containerized AI solutions using Docker and Kubernetes
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams to align AI initiatives with business goals
• Ensure AI solutions adhere to ethical principles, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance

Requirements

• 10-12 years of professional experience in software engineering or AI architecture
• B-Tech or M-Tech in Computer Science preferred
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Llama, Claude) and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)
• Expertise in RAG and vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go
• Experience deploying AI models on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
• Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, and distributed computing
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and MLOps pipelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GraphQL and event-driven architectures
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into business-friendly insights
• Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills
