Technical Application Specialist

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair technical system problems for customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Troubleshoot client-server software application issues involving Microsoft SQL, web servers, payment terminals, and mobile devices.
• Assist with system setup, configuration, and the use of programming and integration tools for product customization.
• Document technical issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Contribute to the department's knowledge base and FAQ documentation.
• Stay updated on software changes to provide accurate and timely solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of applicable technical experience.
• Proven experience troubleshooting client-server software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft SQL.
• Basic understanding of programming logic.
• Experience in a SaaS or e-Commerce environment.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
