About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth operation of the hotel's technical department
- Develop and implement effective planned preventive maintenance programs
- Lead and manage the maintenance team, fostering a culture of development and performance
- Prepare and manage the departmental budget, controlling costs and stock levels
- Proactively respond to guest requests to improve satisfaction and comfort
- Ensure compliance with all legislation, safety requirements, and internal/external audit standards
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel maintenance
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find creative solutions
- Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on approach
