Technical Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform issue investigation and troubleshooting using documentation and escalation processes
• Monitor and improve the availability of software solutions and data integration batch jobs
• Proactively support in-house applications using various monitoring tools
• Create and maintain documentation for incident resolutions
• Analyze and fulfill corporate identity and access requests
• Translate user requirements to ensure appropriate access to systems and applications
• Manage multiple simultaneous tasks and contribute to workflow automation and process improvements
• Maintain Access Control policies, documentation, and staff lists
• Support audits, access reviews, and the implementation of new access models

Requirements

• Major in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-2 years of experience with SQL, C#, Java, NodeJS, Python, or Microsoft technologies (academic projects included)
• Knowledge of supporting Windows and Mac operating systems
• Knowledge of supporting mobile devices including iPhone, iPad, and Android
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to change
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with business and technical users
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting a trade floor environment
• Understanding of Active Directory
• Familiarity with trading systems such as Bloomberg or Reuters products
