Technical Analyst – Data & Support

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical problems by troubleshooting incidents, including collecting detailed problem descriptions, traces, log files, and replication steps.
• Communicate investigation progress to clients while ensuring all related records are properly updated in the CRM system.
• Utilize support tools and processes to resolve cases and meet KPI targets such as SLA, QA, and Resolution.
• Share best practices for the utilization and deployment of Varicent products to help customers maximize business value.
• Participate in scheduled weekend coverage for on-call rotations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant technical experience.
• Proven experience working with SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with relational database concepts, including basic administration and SQL scripting.
• Understanding of client-server architecture and web-based application troubleshooting.
• English proficiency at a CEFR B2 level or higher.
• Ability to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
