Technical Analyst (Customer Assurance/Information Security)

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end process of receiving, triaging, and responding to customer-issued security questionnaires, risk assessments, and due diligence requests.
• Draft clear, accurate, and professional responses regarding data security, privacy, access controls, and compliance posture.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and prompt engineering to draft, refine, and quality-check customer risk assessment responses at scale.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including product owners, legal, IT, and engineering, to gather necessary evidence and clarifications.
• Maintain a centralized knowledge base of pre-approved answers and policy references to accelerate turnaround times.
• Identify and champion automation opportunities within the questionnaire response workflow to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to explain complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical capability and attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of information security frameworks.
• Experience using or leveraging AI-powered tools (such as LLMs or automation platforms).
• Ability to work on a rotating roster/shift basis to provide global coverage.
