About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document the acquired company’s systems, data, APIs, and processes
- Map acquired systems to Cvent platforms and identify gaps, overlaps, and risks
- Recommend the best integration approach (merge, phase, or bridge systems)
- Convert business needs into clear technical requirements, user stories, and plans
- Create PMI documentation such as system diagrams, cutover plans, and decision logs
- Support data migration, reconciliation, and validation activities
- Work closely with stakeholders, lead discussions, and provide regular status updates
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience
- 5+ years as a Technical Analyst or in a similar role
- Experience with integrations, re-platforming, or post-merger integration
- Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, and data models
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, and Snowflake
- Experience with diagramming tools like Lucidchart
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
