About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the Vulnerability & Compliance team to oversee security vulnerability remediation and ensure adherence to organizational security policies and regulatory standards.
- Define and ensure adherence to Security Vulnerability & Compliance process requirements based on Tenable Security scoring.
- Facilitate, review, and ensure proper completion of project artifacts for risk, audit, privacy, and security purposes.
- Establish close relationships with project stakeholders, control functions, and technical teams to ensure mandated processes are understood.
- Identify residual risks and communicate them to appropriate management for mitigation.
- Improve customer experience by delivering communications and training sessions regarding Server and Workstation Remediation.
- Assist with continual improvement initiatives for process workflows within ServiceNow.
- Recruit, coach, and manage performance for a team of technical resources, providing continuous feedback and formal appraisals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in people management of performance-oriented technical resources.
- 5+ years of hands-on technical experience performing proactive security vulnerability and compliance assessments using industry-leading tools (e.g., Tenable, Qualys, InsightVM).
- 10+ years of progressive technical experience in a large enterprise IT Service Delivery Operations environment.
- 3+ years of experience with ITSM workflows, specifically within ServiceNow or similar tools like Maximo or IBM ISM.
- Strong technical knowledge of Network Storage, Networking Fundamentals, Computer Architectures, and Cloud-based Technologies (Private/Public/Hybrid).
- Proficiency in data analysis using MS Power BI Pro or similar visualization tools.
- Post-secondary education completion.
Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Fluency in Spanish is considered an asset.
