Technical Alignment Manager

Responsibilities

• Understand client environments and how they utilize technology to enable business operations
• Maintain technical relationships with clients to communicate at a hands-on level
• Analyze client technology against company standards and compliance requirements to uncover gaps and risks
• Recommend system enhancements regarding cybersecurity, performance, and user experience
• Act as the technical lead for proactive service, maintenance, and planning
• Identify and proactively address technical risks before they escalate

Requirements

• Minimum of five years in a technology support environment supporting infrastructure and project delivery
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate IT language to business stakeholders
• Excellent documentation, organization, and time management skills
• Clean driving record and reliable vehicle
• Availability for after-hours work and on-call rotation

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior Managed Services Provider (MSP) experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related IT discipline
• Experience with ConnectWise, LabTech, Microsoft Intune, Azure, or AWS
• Proficiency with Windows/Mac OS, Active Directory, Office 365, and networking (DNS, VPN, WAN, LAN)
• Professional certifications such as MCP, MCSA, MCSE, CompTIA A+/Net+, CCNA, or VCP
