Technical Agronomy Manager

Responsibilities

• Own all technical operations for FC Seeds Türkiye, including varietal trialing, regulatory registration, and field data collection.
• Design and execute the annual trialing strategy for key field crops such as corn, sunflower, and cereals.
• Translate technical performance data into actionable insights to inform portfolio decisions and sales campaign planning.
• Lead the early decision process for variety promotions and provide technical rationale for new product introductions.
• Ensure full compliance with Turkish seed registration requirements and coordinate with regulatory authorities.
• Develop and deliver technical training for internal sales teams, channel partners, and key growers.
• Represent Türkiye in regional technical forums and collaborate with AMEA regional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, Plant Science, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in agribusiness, specifically within the seed industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Turkish seed registration regulations (MoA / TTSM / BUGEM).
• Proficiency in data management and analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical content to commercial audiences.
• Fluency in Turkish and a good command of English.
• Valid driving license and the ability to work in field conditions with significant travel required.
