Technical After-Sales Support Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers (installers) via telephone during product commissioning and troubleshooting
• Perform workshop repairs by diagnosing faults and executing necessary repairs
• Act as technical support for the sales team regarding product recommendations and references
• Maintain technological watch to stay updated on industry innovations

Requirements

• Technical training (Bac to Bac+2) in electrotechnics, automation, industrial maintenance, or equivalent
• At least one year of experience as a technician, preferably in a customer-facing role
• Strong interpersonal skills and a focus on customer satisfaction
• Proactive and curious mindset

Benefits

• Fixed salary between €29,000 and €33,000 per year
