About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on engine maintenance and produce clear, technically accurate reports
- Collaborate with Repair Station and Product Support teams to coordinate engine maintenance activities
- Provide hands-on engine maintenance instruction to service center technicians
- Perform fleet analysis alongside a dedicated team to support product initiatives
- Support the operations of business and military jet engines during the 3rd shift (11 PM - 7 AM)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the aviation or aerospace industry (e.g., Pilot, A&P, Engineer, or other technical roles)
- Proven ability for independent problem-solving and a proactive approach to technical challenges
