Technical Advisor

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to customers, providing direction on Identity Security Programs and future-state roadmaps involving agentic AI.
• Lead technical strategy and customer adoption for Agentic Identity Security and Machine Identity Security products.
• Architect robust IAM solutions for non-human and agentic identities using principles like least privilege and Just-in-Time (JIT) access.
• Advise clients on establishing governance protocols for AI agents, including data usage policies and model monitoring.
• Develop security strategies to protect enterprise data accessed by AI agents, ensuring compliance with regulations like GDPR and HIPAA.
• Collaborate with Product Management to provide customer feedback that influences the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a technical consulting role (e.g., Solutions Architect, Advisory Consultant).
• Proven experience working within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on proficiency with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI.
• Experience with Cloud AI platforms including AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or Azure AI.
• Strong understanding of IAM/IGA principles and non-human identity security (service accounts, API keys, etc.).
• Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to CISOs and Architects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant IAM certifications such as IdentityIQ or IdentityNow.
• Security certifications including CISSP, CCSP, or CISM.
• Certifications in data science or machine learning models.
