Technical Advisor New Products

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and advice on CEMEX bagged products (Grey Cement, Impercem, Mortar, White Cement, Multiplast) to drive sales.
• Address quality complaint reports promptly and escalate to the plant quality area when necessary.
• Deliver technical presentations to industry chambers, professional colleges (Architecture/Engineering), and universities.
• Train the CEMEX sales force and dealers on product characteristics and benefits.
• Provide on-site technical guidance to contractors and engineers regarding product application.
• Conduct product demonstrations at construction sites and points of sale through events like "Caravanas" and construction schools.
• Manage and schedule site visits based on priorities set by the commercial manager and the New Product Development area.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Civil), or Construction Technician.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction processes.
• Proven experience in customer service.
• Possession of a personal vehicle.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and web browsers.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, production processes, and industry regulations (specifically coatings or floor adhesives).
