Technical Adoption Specialist

Responsibilities

• Deliver live coaching sessions to drive the adoption of Autodesk solutions
• Act as a technical trusted advisor to customers, demonstrating thought leadership and product expertise
• Build, maintain, and deliver packaged service offerings to increase customer success
• Deliver digital content via 1:Many webinars for end users
• Develop and update digital content that solves specific customer challenges while adhering to quality standards

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and German
• Expert knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D and Autodesk AutoCAD in a production environment
• 5–6 years of experience in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills
• Advanced knowledge of industry needs and workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Experience with Autodesk Map 3D and GIS
