About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate site records, including personnel, visitor, and delivery registers
- Manage document control systems to ensure compliance and accessibility
- Coordinate and distribute site documentation such as reports, permits, and drawings
- Provide administrative support to the on-site Operations team and assist with onboarding processes
- Support site inductions and ensure all compliance documentation is completed and readily available
Requirements
- Strong administrative experience, ideally within a construction or site-based environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
