About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior technical point of contact for strategic accounts, owning escalations and driving resolution on complex integration challenges
  • Lead high-level discussions with customer leadership regarding technical strategy, product trade-offs, and incident management
  • Define and implement best practices for technical onboarding, integration delivery, and account health monitoring
  • Lead and mentor a team of Technical Account Managers (TAMs) while staying close to complex customer challenges
  • Partner with Product and Development teams to translate customer insights into platform improvements and roadmap features
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, and Finance to support account retention and regional growth
  • Monitor integration progress and ramp-up milestones to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical account management or integration engineering
  • Proven track record of leading or mentoring technical teams
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and API management tools (Postman, SoapUI, or Swagger)
  • Proficiency in web fundamentals: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Hands-on experience with at least one server-side language: Golang, Python, or Node.js
  • Familiarity with server and database technologies such as Apache, Nginx, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish is a plus

  • Experience within the Fintech or payments industry
  • Experience working with ticketing systems
